Our Approach
We offer the full package and will be upfront with expected costs and timeframes, so there are no surprises.
Design & Quote
We work with you to help choose the size and layout that works best for your project.
A pre-check will be completed to see what your local council requirements are. We will then walk you through our quote to make sure you understand everything.
Signup
Our simple online quoting system makes it easy to review the specifications and choose any upgrades. Once you’re ready, just click accept!
Finalise Plans & Consent
Our architect will draw up your plans and file them with the council. We work with you to gather any necessary paperwork and reports.
At this stage, you will also finalise your colour choices.
Time to Build
Your new home now rolls through our workshop! Your build will take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on its size.
Progress Updates & Payments
You will receive photo updates at every invoice stage, so you know where your home is up to in the build process. We also welcome you to visit your build during this time, so you can get a real feel for what's happening.
When your building is almost complete, we will finalise your expected delivery date.
Delivery
Our onsite team will arrive at your property with the transport vehicle to help land and connect your home to its foundations. Our crane lifting system ensures the whole process is quick and easy.
