We work with you to design the ideal layout and size for your project. Once we confirm the design and position on site, we’ll put together a tailored proposal for your review.

Design

Once you proceed with us, you’ll have a dedicated project manager who will manage all the nitty-gritty with council and processing to get you ready to build. They will work with you right through to your final Code of Compliance Certificate.

Consent

Next, your new home will be built in our weather-protected factory production line. We’ll keep you updated with photos at every stage, and you’re always welcome to visit the factory to see your home taking shape in person!

Build

We will even deliver the home to your property

Once built, your home is carefully transported to your site and positioned onto its foundations. Our team manages the whole delivery process to ensure a smooth, hassle-free installation, ready for final connections.

Transport

To wrap things up, your site works will need to be completed, and once finished, we’ll organise the Code of Compliance Certificate with your council. We can handle all of your siteworks, just the specific parts you need help with, or leave you to arrange them entirely yourself.
