We already handle the paperwork – now, for the month of June, we’re covering the cost too. Ts & Cs Apply.

Modern Building Solutions take care of everything from the initial design to council consent, construction, and transport. No hidden costs and no delays.
By controlling the build process in our workshop, and stocking all building materials, we can guarantee fixed price quotes and on-time delivery.

We work with you to help choose the size and layout that works best for your project. A pre-check will be completed to see what your local council requirements are. We will then walk you through our quote to make sure you understand everything.

Design

Our architect will draw up your plans and file them with the council. We work with you to gather any necessary paperwork and reports.
At this stage, you will also finalise your colour choices.

Consent

Your new home now rolls through our workshop! Your build will take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on its size.

Build

We work with you to determine the foundations required for your site and ensure all the necessary documentation is submitted for your site consent. We can complete your foundations through one of our partners or you can arrange this yourself.

Foundations

We will even deliver the home to your property

Our onsite team will arrive at your property with the transport vehicle to help land and connect your home to its foundations. Our crane lifting system ensures the whole process is quick and easy.
